Refund policy
Want to return an unwanted item?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns subject to the rules below, which includes rules around fair use.
None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item within 7 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. If you return an item within 8 and 15 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a MyBeautyBubble store credit for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item. We aim to refund you within 15 days business days of receiving the returned item.
After that?
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Original Condition
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:
- Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
- Undergarments if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
None of this affects your statutory rights.
Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email us at orders@MyBeautyBubble.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
To start a return, you may email us at orders@MyBeautyBubble.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If we receive the item back in faulty condition, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Final Sale
Please note, products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

We don't offer exchanges on orders; if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Returning a faulty or incorrect item?
We're sorry about that. Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at orders@MyBeautyBubble.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I've received a faulty item, what should I do?
We're really sorry if you've received a faulty item. Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Please indicate 'faulty' as your reason for return in your email to orders@MyBeautyBubble.com.
Worn your favorite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full. Please note - we're not able to send replacements for faulty items.
I've received an incorrect item, what do I do?
Sorry about that. We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items right away. If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse. Please email us at orders@MyBeautyBubble.com for more information.
If you still want the item and it's still in stock, please order it through our website as normal. The easiest way to do this is to log into 'My Account', view your original order, and then add the item to your shopping bag.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return. We may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
